Debtor Services:
- Providingon-going coordination with client legal counsel regarding documentation and other issues
- Acting as the Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) or as temporary CEO for debtors in possession under the Bankruptcy Code
- Serving as State Court Receiver
- Planning and preparing for a bankruptcy/receivership case, including financial projections and liquidation analysis
